Hello, I'm Sade!
Sade (pronounce shah-day) first began her yoga practice back in March of 2020 when both her job as an early childhood educator, and the world hit a total pause. Throughout this exploration of everyday yoga, she quickly realized how beneficial it was to her overall well-being. Yoga became a crucial part of her life, and the more she learned about it the more passionate she became.
Sade recently completed her 200hr YTT through YogaRenew and she firmly believes that what we learn on the mat can apply to how we live our lives off the mat.
Yoga is for anyone and everyone, and Sade is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all to experience how beneficial yoga is to the mind, body and spirit.
