Hello, I'm Emma!
Emma discovered yoga in 2014 while looking for a new exercise routine to become more fit.
She began taking a combination pilates/yoga class throughout her town and realized how much yoga helped calm the stress and muscle tension from working in an office all day. In 2017,
Emma enrolled in the 200-hour YTT through Bloom Yoga in Southington and graduated in May of 2018. After completing the training, she taught at Bristol CT Yoga and BE Here Now in
Cheshire CT.
Emma’s love of yoga began as a connection to the physical aspect of the practice and matured into a spiritual journey. Her approach to yoga remains focused on the balance between the mind, body, and breath connection. She tries to offer her students the opportunity to take each class at their own pace, to modify when needed, and to honor how they feel. Emma finds joy in seeing students discover their own personal own personal yoga journey and hopes to nurture and encourage them along their way.
